Why is it free?
We get this question a lot!
Here’s the short answer:
We recover all of our costs directly from the fault drivers insurance company. We have no allegiances or ties with insurance companies meaning we can act independently whilst ensuring our clients receive the best outcome after an accident, and most importantly free of charge!
Does this affect the other drivers Insurance by putting my claim through Claimsline?
No, the other drivers insurance will already be adversely affected because they caused the accident.
Whether the vehicle they hit into was a Fiat or a Ferrari or whether you reported the accident to your Insurance or to Claimsline wouldn’t make any difference to their policy.
Why don’t I pay an excess?
We take on clients claims based on the circumstances of the accidents, if we believe our client isn’t at fault then we recover all of our costs from the other parties Insurance.
